Return & Exchange Policy

At DO (Dress On), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging

With all original tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Underwear
-
Socks
-
Evening dresses or special occasion outfits (e.g., swaré pieces)

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items without original tags or packaging

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at dokidswear@gmail.com or +2012 28028855 with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

In case of an approved exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the original product.
5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
